Are there any restrictions on the types of medicines prescribed?
We only dispatch up to schedule 2 medicines. For medicines requiring close medical management, an in-person consultation is recommended, or we’ll direct you to a medical practitioner near you.
What if my condition is serious?
We are designed for minor and chronic conditions. If there’s a more serious concern, we’ll promptly refer you to a specialist or hospital.
How do I provide feedback on my consultation?
Our dedicated nursing staff will follow up with you through a call or WhatsApp to gather feedback and ensure you’re doing well.
